Remote Sales Production Manager

 

Check Off Your List (COYL) is hiring a remote Sales Production Manager to support our exponential growth.   

 

COYL provides highly trained, remote professionals in bookkeeping, executive assistance, human resources, marketing, web design, and IT Support on a pay-what-you-need model so our clients can focus on what matters most – their business. 

 

This is a remote position (seeking employees based in Delaware, Florida, Maine, Ohio, or Texas) reporting to Check Off Your List Management. In-person networking events in your area are required, but we serve clients across the United States and ask that you seek out clients across the US.  

 

Pay is $65-70k annual base + quarterly commission + annual bonus = $130k potential 

 

Monday through Friday; 9 am – 5 pm Eastern 

 

What you will be doing   

  • Sales Deliverables 
  • Complete paid training to become a subject matter expert in COYL’s services   
  • Identify prospects, set appointments, complete and make effective sales outreaches to sign 2-7 clients a month 
  • Assist cost-benefit and needs analysis to meet potential client needs  
  • Follow up on consultations and proposals by presenting, promoting, and selling products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers 
  • Keep abreast of trends, techniques, products, competitive activity and evaluate territory/market’s potential 
  • Achieve quarterly sales revenue targets   
  • Organize daily follow-ups with existing and unsold clients by maintaining COYL’s CRM  
  • Coordinate sales effort with directors of various departments 
  • Attend bi-weekly meetings with sales team 
  • Management Duties  
  • Prepare sales budgets, projections and reports and approve expenditures  
  • Assist Marketing Department in implementing a marketing and advertising campaign  
  • Assist COO in updating and owning new client agreements, addendums, etc.     
  • Ensure the Sales Playbook is up to date  
  • Monitor all COYL sales data, as the sales team pushes leads through pipeline, track sales and status reports to hold sales team accountable regarding KPIs 
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives 
  • Assist with resolution of sales team problems and complaints to maximize employee retention  

 

We are looking for candidates with  

  • Associate degree  
  • 5+ years' experience in B2B sales including prospecting and making cold calls  
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)  
  • Proficient is social media programs (Facebook, LinkedIn) 
  • Proficient in scheduling and time management programs (Calendly, etc.)
