We are looking for a dynamic, skilled and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Full-Time) to join our team for a rewarding career at our Community Health Center.

Under the supervision of the Site Manager, the LCSW will professionally apply social work methods and theory to the diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of psycho social dysfunction, impairment, or disability, including mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders for families, individuals, groups, and organizations. The main responsibility of the LCSW is to screen medical records, conduct interviews and assessments, set treatment goals, and arrange for expediting and coordinating services.

 

KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Develop and implement treatment plans based on clinical experience and knowledge.

· Evaluate clients' physical or mental condition based on review of client information.

· Act as client advocates in order to coordinate required services or to resolve emergency problems in crisis situations.

· Collaborate with other staff members to perform clinical assessments and develop treatment plans.

 

REQUIREMENTS

Education: Master’s degree in social work from an accredited institution.

Professional License Required: California Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Skills Required: Three years’ experience in a specialized field of practice as an LCSW. Experience in clinical social work activities, preferred. Bilingual preferred.
