This role may be remote if not local to the El Paso, TX area. The Director of Sales will have direct and proven success as a Hunter in BPO Sales. The individual in this role is responsible for the overall daily management of strategic and operational Customer Relationship activities for new business development. The BPO Director of Sales must have extensive Hunter experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals that track and measure growth and may also be individually responsible for managing key accounts. Ensure that the Salesforce CRM system is regularly updated to accurately reflect the daily status of each lead and opportunity. The Director will prepare presentations that will convince potential clients to do business with the company, commensurate with defined sales quotas and in a manner that is consistent with Datamark's Mission and Strategy.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or other related field
  • At least 10 years of business-to-business experience in BPO industry directly interacting with customers
